What is the duration of the limited warranty?

This limited warranty, which is provided by TimeChant.com lasts for two (2) years from the date the Watch was purchased.

What is covered?

The internal watch movement, case, crystal glass, buttons and crown are warranted to be free from defects.

What is not covered?

This limited warranty does not cover

• Battery cells.
• If there is evidence of excessive wear and worn, due to improper, rough or careless treatment, fire or other natural calamity to the case, crystal, attachments (expansion bands, straps, necklace etc.)
• Attempt to repair or adjust carried out not by authorized service centers.
• Product is not used in accordance with instruction/operation manual which exceed the
• Watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.

Is free shipping available?

With the exclusion of special promotions, free standard shipping applies to orders of US$10 or more. The delivery lead time is around 14-21 days (holiday, Saturday and Sunday exclusive) from shipment date.

How do I track my order?

We ship out your order within 4-5 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) upon order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Why we ship from Hong Kong/China?

In order to enhance our service to buyers, NYSW has set up an affiliate company, the TimeChant (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong to handle the logistic and fulfillment of orders.

Upon request from atomic or non-atomic talking watch buyer, we can set a watch to buyer's local time (or local time zone) before shipment. This is very important to our visually impaired and blind buyer who has difficulty of setting the watch. This labor intensive free service can only be done in Asia.
